Perhaps there are some 20-somethings in your church who feel stuck but show a heart and talent for ministry?
What about the high-capacity volunteer in your non-profit who just needs a little push, that you wish you had more time to develop?
Who is that staff member or elder who wishes he had relevant ministry training?
The worst-case scenario is that they hear from us that their ministry leader believes in them. The best case is that God has been stirring what you have been sensing and we get to help them become who God wants them to become so that they can do what He’s asking them to do.
