Housing for single students at Crossroads College is available in a unique "townhouse" style.
Each house is capable of housing up to seven students and contains:
- 5-6 Bedrooms
- 2-3 Bathrooms
- Living Room
- Bed, Dresser, and Desk are all furnished by the college.
Crossroads College functions as a residential college. Single students enrolled in 12 or more credit hours are required to live in college housing. Students may request an exemption from living on campus if they meet one of the following stipulations:
- They are 23 years of age or older
- They are living with a parent
- They have specific health needs requiring special facilities
Part-time students who carry at least 8 credit hours are eligible to live in on-campus housing if space permits.
A number of one-bedroom efficiency apartments are available on campus for married students and families. Apartment assignments are made in the order in which applications are received.
